Payment and refund processing
The website processes payments in USD through Stripe. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; arrival time depends on the payment method and bank. Cancelling automatic renewal stops future charges but does not automatically refund a paid term. Use the refund process below.
When to request a refund
Request a review and refund for duplicate orders, access not delivered after payment, or a material difference between the delivered service and its purchase description. Include your order ID and a description of the issue. Other requests are reviewed against the order circumstances and applicable consumer law. A request is not an approval; statutory refund or withdrawal rights remain unaffected.
How to apply and track a request
Sign in to the purchasing account, open Account → Orders, find the paid order and choose Request refund. Submit the reason and track its status in your account. If you cannot sign in or the order is incorrect, use the published contact channels on Merchant & support. Never send full card numbers, CVCs, SSH passwords or private keys.
Refund destination and access
Approved refunds return to the original payment method, not a different card or cash payout. For live payments, arrival time depends on the payment method and bank; track the actual refund status rather than expecting an immediate credit. A completed full-order refund removes the access granted by that order and stops further billing for its associated recurring subscription.
Cancellation and unused time
Turning off renewal stops future billing but does not automatically refund amounts already paid. One-term purchases expire naturally. Unused time is not automatically prorated when renewal is disabled; submit a separate refund request. Mandatory legal rights take priority.
