Account and authentication data
The platform processes email addresses, names, account identifiers and login sessions to provide account services. Email codes are delivered through a mail service. If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and supplies the identity information needed to sign in. Signing in does not create a charge.
Payments, orders and support
The platform stores order amounts, currency, plans, payment status, Stripe transaction identifiers, subscriptions, authorizations and refund requests for delivery, reconciliation and dispute handling. Card data is handled directly by Stripe-hosted Checkout; shellivo does not receive or store full card numbers or CVCs. Refund reasons are used to process the request.
SSH data and device authorization
SSH connections originate directly from the desktop. Remembered passwords and private keys are encrypted locally using operating-system secure storage. Website account services do not receive SSH passwords, private keys or terminal command contents. Desktop authorization uses a device identifier and authorization state to validate access. Do not paste server credentials into support or refund requests.
Cookies, preferences and network information
A session cookie keeps you signed in. Theme preference is stored in the browser and language is selected through the URL. The server and Cloudflare process IP addresses, requests and security information for site delivery, abuse prevention and operational statistics. Configured browser analytics run only where permitted by browser and site security settings. Clearing cookies or browser storage may require you to sign in again.
Service providers and international processing
Hosting, Cloudflare, identity and email providers process information needed for their functions; Stripe processes payments. Services may process data outside your region under their applicable privacy policies. Retention, correction and deletion
Data is retained as needed for account services, order fulfilment, security, disputes and applicable legal obligations. Transaction records required by law may need to be retained. Request access, correction or deletion through the published Merchant & support channels; account ownership may need verification. Removing an account or local data does not itself cancel an active recurring subscription; stop renewal first.
