shellivo provides software access. No physical item is shipped and no shipping fee is charged.
What follows payment
After Stripe verifies payment, the selected tier and term are linked to the purchasing account. View orders, subscriptions and authorization details in your account. Delivery is normally automatic; if still processing, refresh order status rather than paying again.
Download and use
Download a published build matching your operating system and architecture from the product page. Desktop account authorization synchronizes available access; a download itself is not proof of payment. Monitoring requires a working SSH connection and operates while the application and connection remain active.
If access is missing
Confirm you are using the purchasing account, check that the order is paid and refresh desktop account authorization. If access is still missing, retain the order ID and request review through the published support channels or request a refund on the paid order. Test access is for testing and is not promised to convert into future live paid access.
