These terms cover the shellivo website, desktop application and account-linked software access.

What you receive
shellivo is desktop software for SSH server monitoring and terminals. You supply servers and SSH access that you own or are authorized to use. It does not sell servers, hosting or managed remote support, and does not provide offline cloud monitoring, long-term monitoring history or central alerts.
Plans, currency and limits
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Guests can monitor 1 server; signed-in Free accounts can monitor 2. Standard costs USD 2.99/month or USD 29.90/year and supports 5 concurrent servers. Expert costs USD 5.99/month or USD 59.90/year without a product-level concurrent monitoring cap; local and remote resource limits still apply. All plans allow up to 12 simultaneous terminal sessions. Annual access is paid once for 12 months; the monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge.
Payment and renewal choice
The default is one term with no automatic charge at expiry. Automatic billing only applies when you select it, at the checkout amount and selected interval. Turn it off in Account → Subscriptions; paid access remains until the displayed expiry. Free accounts are not a timed trial that converts to paid access. The final amount and available payment methods are shown by Stripe Checkout. Your card issuer may charge conversion fees.
Delivery, preview and compatibility
After verified payment, access is linked to the account used to purchase. Desktop builds are previews and may have defects; supported systems, architectures, signing and notarization status are listed on the download page. Check compatibility with the free version, back up important data and run terminal commands carefully. A purchase does not promise unreleased features or unlimited computing resources.
Permitted use and regional restrictions
Use the service only for lawful, authorized server administration. Do not use it for unauthorized access, attacks, malware distribution, infringement or evasion of applicable sanctions, export controls or payment restrictions. Transactions prohibited by applicable law or payment-provider restrictions are not supported.

Refund, cancellation and delivery rules are described on the linked pages below. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account before taking effect; confirmed orders are handled under the conditions disclosed at purchase.
