Manage future renewal on the website; no terminal commands are required.
How to stop automatic renewal
Sign in to the purchasing account → Account → Subscriptions → select the plan → turn off automatic renewal. Verify the renewal status and expiry date afterwards. Cancel before the next renewal begins processing; if a charge has already occurred, submit a separate refund request.
Access after cancellation
After renewal is disabled, access remains through the paid term; the Free account limit applies after expiry. Uninstalling the app, closing the website or signing out does not cancel renewal. One-term purchases require no cancellation.
Monthly, annual and free access
Monthly terms last 1 month and annual terms last 12 months; see your account for exact dates. Annual savings compare with 12 monthly payments for the same tier. Free accounts do not automatically upgrade and require no payment card.
Payment or cancellation problems
Access is not granted solely because the browser returns from checkout. If payment is unconfirmed, inspect orders and subscriptions before paying again. An error while disabling renewal is not a successful cancellation; use the support channels published on Merchant & support.
